I had a nice stay at Kyriad Bellegarde - Geneve in Chatillon-en-Michaille. the place was clean and the staff members were efficient. I enjoyed the garden views from my room. the king room had a comfortable bed along with a work desk, tea/coffee making equipment, and a multi-channel TV. the atmosphere was elegant and the bathroom was well adapted.

The location was convenient as Valserine was within walking distance. We were very close to the train station, a great Taco/Burger restaurant, and a large market for last-minute French items.

Location: the hotel was close enough to the Mont Blanc tunnel, a restaurant, and the train station. The food was excellent and there were variety of dishes in the menu...

Conveniently located from the main toll road, low price, free parking, last minute availability during school half term. Clean sheets, towels, and room. Functional with a kettle for instant coffee. Open restaurant with reasonably priced and decent food. Bonus dessert selection. Good breakfast with boiled eggs, ham, cheeses, yogurts, and fancy coffee machine. Clean grounds and exterior.

The accommodations here are modern and quiet, equipped with heating in both the bedroom and bathroom, set in a convenient location near a great Taco/Burger restaurant and the highway.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Although the hotel offered limited services, the two things I liked during my New Year stay were clean rooms and free Wi-Fi. In addition, the location was convenient with plenty of parking, making it easy for me to come and go. I also appreciated the breakfast provided, which had boiled eggs, ham, cheese, yogurt, and coffee.

My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. The staff wasn’t helpful or friendly, and it seemed as though they didn’t care about our concerns. The bedsheets were never changed, and the room wasn't tidied up properly during our stay. Moreover, the hotel needs a significant upgrade as everything seemed dated, from the décor to the facilities. it was not worth the money spent and I would not recommend staying here.

The location of the hotel is convenient with easy access to the motorway. the surrounding area is not desirable with an industrial zone feel, and the nearby blocks of apartments occupied by refugees did not make us feel secure. Despite this, the car park is a good size for larger vehicles. the room was clean and comfortable, with adequate facilities and free Wi-Fi, and the breakfast was excellent.

The hotel restaurant closed on Sunday night, and the nearest food option required a long walk to a nearby McDonald's.
